New Year, new activities

Well we are back for 2011. We have a large range of activities for all Scouts. Including Patrol Leader training, day hikes, off-road cycle events and of course camps!

Troop night meeting 27th November 2009

Tonight the Scouts were given the challenge of knocking down a number of cardboard C3-PO's (which Skip got from Macdonalds) from the futherest distance. Panthers idea was the quackiest it involved a zip line doubled but alas it did not work!
Predictably two Patrols taped aload of sticks together to make a big stick! Some were more successful than others! Check out the photo's below.

Crew Challenge Results

A big well done to the Scouts who took part in this years Crew Challenge. This was our best year yet!

Troop Night: 13th Nov. Cake and more Cake!

Tonight the Patrols made cake models! Their brief was they could make anything out of cake, person, place, object. As long as he can be eaten! The winners were Lion!

Before lunch we had to prepare our fish ALL the Scouts had a go.
